Her second book, Elizabeth’s Rival: The Tumultuous Tale of Lettice Knollys, Countess of Leicester documents one of the most prominent women of the Elizabethan era, and is being published in November.

Nicola is passionate about bringing history alive for young people and her books are aimed to make history as accessible as possible for all.
